A quick question for those who applied for EEA RC as a direct family member. After sending my current Tier 2 BRP card, will I get it back with my passport if I request my documents pending a decision on the application?

If they keep it, and the application is rejected. Do they send the old Tier 2 back after that decision has been made?

Doesn't the application ask for the BRP to be sent with the form? It specifically says it should. Right?
