Home office visit

I need some help please
I am non eea applied for prmanate residence after 5 years of marriage with my eea wife I applied in October last year got my biometric letter and coa but in December we go separated and she moved out to her sister house because we had a fight we are not divorcing I moved out the house last month today my solicitor called me and said home office are asking for my address ? Are they coming to visit if so will I loose my right for permanent residency

No I thought will get my pr any way as it’s 6 months now .
Problem they might visit me so I don’t know what to do

They won’t visit you unless there’s been some suspicion on their part to verify your marriage. Can you think of any reason why they might have suspicion?

I have no idea I am in good terms with my wife nothing serious for a divorce but what scare s is why the home office is asking for my new address and how they know that i changed it .

Hi.is v strange that they asked for address but did they tell to your lawyer anything about your PR application?i mean they granting you PR or they refused it?

He told me that he sent them an email to get an update and they asked for our new adress
He said he does not know I was thinking maybe they will visit it’s strange as I gave all documents needed payslips p60 letters bank statement .i just want to know if some o e has a similar situation .
I asked him one week ago to get back her passport that’s all

Well I think you don’t need to be worried.one of my friend applied and same thing happens to him but they told him that they granting him visa which will arrive in one week.thanks
