Hi Guys,
I am Italian and my wife it's Brazilian. I got a job in the UK and we want to relocate to UK.
Because the fact she is not European We want to apply for an EEA Family Permit.

Our current situation is:
  • We got married two years ago
  • We are living together in Italy
  • She has a permanent residence card for Italy
  • We are both working in italy
  • We will travel together to UK
I have already had a look at the official site https://www.gov.uk/family-permit and the application form www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk which i find very confusing. A lot of questions refer to peaple who already live and work in the UK and not someone who found a job from his current country.

Could someone give me any suggestion ?

Thanks a lot
Please let me know if you need more informations

Simply book an appointment at the UK visa center in Rome, the day of the appointment your wife has to bring there all the supporting documents (certificate of marriage, pictures of both of you, etc. It usually take 2-3 weeks but it can take up to 6 months in non straightforward cases.
