I was sent here to ask my questions,

Please my and my EEA wife are no in divorce proceedings and we have been married just about 4years but only lived 1.5 years during the marriage.

After the divorce I am applying again via my current EEA spouse, German nationality and want to use the ''Durable relationship'' route as we have everything in our names for almost 2 years now.

does anyone have experience of this, durable relationship after divorce from EEA spouse? I am aware of the retained right route but it will not be possible because my ex has failed to 100% reach any supportive conclusion and to be honest, my current partner does not want to hear of anything to do with her either because we have tried to be co-operative but she is not willing to support, hence the divorce and ''durable relationship route'' with my current girlfriend of 2 years plus.
