Whitch prove I need apply for residents cart

Hi Iam from Iraq and my wife is Romanian we live in England since 2015. She worked from 01/6/2015 until March 2016 in factory.but since 10/03 2016 in TIL now she working for car valets 26 hours a week,and she get a payslip every month and cash money . Is that not be a problem when we apply for permanent residence because
•she lost she is contract ? ?but she have a p60 and payslips
•she get cash money instead go to she is account every month ??
Please anyone can answer me ?
