I have 5 year non eea permit valid until March 2020.
My French wife has been working since April 2012, to 2015 non stop, but from June 2015 to August 2016, she did not work at all.. Nothing. No looking for job, no insurance... She has been working since September 2016, until now, she is on maternity leave.
How do I apply for pr in 2020, because she did not work 5 year continously..

If she has not been a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the full 5 years, then you won't qualify PR.

What did she do from June 2015 to Aug 2016, was she looking after baby?

Yes, she was looking after the baby,, time went very quick...
Is there any way I can get my pr in 2020...
