husband moving when im on partner visa

Hello,
I'm currently on a partner (married) visa - my husband is from the EEA.
Both been living in the UK but he just got a job offer back in switzerland & can't turn down the offer as it was so good.
I also have a great job in the UK & don't want to leave. We're thinking of doing long distance.
I need to understand what rights do I have to live in the UK? Does my partner visa terminates when he leaves the country? Will I need to apply for a work visa?
Any guidance would be great.
