Good morning everyone, I Need your help with my case. I have Epañol passport and my wife is venezolan person, we live in Venezuela. My sister has 5 years living in UK, she is español too and she will marry with a british boy. well, my cuetion is:

The family permit is applicable foy my and my wife, we has 4 moutn married and in these last four mounths my sister has sent us money for all.

I would greatly appreciate the help of someone because the situation here in Venezuela is extremely serious and I fear for our safety.

She can get the Family Permit visa as a spouse of an EU citizen. This visa gives her 6 months of working rights and then inside of the UK she can asks for the residency visa.
