Lost COA, need to show employer

Hi all ,
Would someone advise me how to get new COA.
I have lost one UKVI posted me. I wanted to change my job and new employer needs any proof of work allowed in uk.

Renewed COA are usually issued, but replacement COA for lost ones are not usually issued.
