Members of this great forum please l need help concerning my immigration situation.
I am a non Eu national married to an EEA national in April 2013, got my residence in July 2014 and will expired in 2019.
1. My question is if l can apply for PR on the 5th anniversary of our marriage which is 25th of April, 2018.
2. If l can apply on the 5th anniversary of our marriage, can l apply before the date of the 5th anniversary.
3. What document will l require.

Yes, from date of marriage assuming you got married in the UK.
2. If l can apply on the 5th anniversary of our marriage, can l apply before the date of the 5th anniversary.
No. You need the full 5 years.
3. What document will l require.
Read the form. You need evidence that your spouse was a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole 5 years.

Yes we got married here in the UK in April 2013.
Yes my EEA national is a qualified person and she's got a DCPR in 2017.

Sounds like you are good to go then when you hit 5 years.

If am to apply on the 5th anniversary of our marriage, does it have to be on the day the marriage clock 5 Years or a day after the 5 years.
Please enlighten me gurus in the house.

Please people of this great forum, l requested our passport back from the home office as l have a permanent residence application ongoing.
Today l received our passport back with a cover letter with the following Open statement "please find enclosed the following documents submitted in support of your application for UK Residence documentation under Directive 2004/38/EC".
1, Please l want to know if anyone got this kind of letter when they request for passport back.
2, l applied for a confirmation of my permanent residence having been married for 5 years, does this letter show that home office is treating my application as an EEA application (EEA2).
I beg that someone throw more light into this for me.
