Winning the appeall for PRC - what to do next

My application to receive Permanent Residence card was denied by Home Office. I have appealed this decision and received the First-tier Tribunal's decision that the appeal is allowed and I am entitled to receive Permanent Residence Card.
Now I'm waiting 14 days to see if Home Office appeals this decision, but even if they don't, I don't really believe that they will issue the card if I do nothing. Does anyone know an e-mail or the telephone number I could call the Home Office to ask them what I should do next? Or how long it is going to take for them to finally complete my application?
