Hello,

My husband just got his BPR letter but like always something is wrong, his surname is written wrong. We have emailed them but reading other places I'm co confused on what to do, because we only have 15 days, but it's their fault we did not do it today the same day we got it.

What can we do? He got an auto-replay saying the follwoing: (but they are using same annoying language no one understads)

Please be aware the personal details held on your biometric enrolment letter will reflect your current Passport or ID card (if EEA National). Your requested personal details have been recorded and a caseworker will consider whether these can be amended later in the consideration process.

Please arrange to enroll your biometric information at your nearest Post Office Ltd providing the service, to avoid your application being rejected.

Please note, we will not reply to your email which will be deleted.
---

What should we do? Who do we call? how can we figure out what we should do? We want this done with, it's taken so long to sort this for one reason or another on their side.
