EEA family supporting document requirements

Hi all,

I am from non-EU citizen and I have recently get married with my European girlfriend, who has been working in UK for 5 years.

I plan to get a EEA family permit to stay with her. I have looked up those instructions for supporting document and I have some questions regarding that. As she will be my sponsor, so I am going to submit my wife's bank statements and payslips, yet I only have the copy versions of them as she wishes to keep the original. I wonder if it is good enough to submit only the copy version instead of submitting true copy or certified copy.

So far, for her side, I just have her certified passport copy and some normal copy version of her bank statements and payslips. Also, I have our marriage certificate (true copy) and some pictures of us and chats to show our relationship is genuine. I would like to know if I miss something that would lead to failure of application.

Thank you for all the help.

If you can't submit original you might not be successful. Bank statement copy
ID copy. everything copy. I was refused before for submitting copy of bank statement without stamping. You have no chance if all you can submit is copies.
