Hello, i am new here, i will be eligible to apply for IRL in May, i am on a 5years residence documentation as a spouse of an EEA national residing in london. i want to know what form to fill and if i have to pay fees for this application and how much?

Is your spouse an EU citizen and you have an EEA residence card??
Has your spouse been a qualified person exercising treat rights for 5 years?
If yes, you apply for PR under the EU rules not ILR under the UK immigration rules.
Form EEA(PR) costs £65
