Non EEA national Having Pr and spouse visa

dear members,
i am non eea national, and got Pr after the retain right of residence last year, now i want to sponsor my wife from back home, can i apply family permit for my wife under the EEA reulations. plz advise , thanks in advance

If you are not an EEA National but have PR, then you may sponsor dependants via the Immigration Rules.
