Online application locked

Hello!
I need help.
Im an EEA , working and living in UK
My husband just submit online application for EEA Family Permit from Cairo/Egypt.
We booked the appoitment on 13May. He was trying to print the application and when he try to logg on the application was locked with a note that he will receive an email with indications, but he did not receive any email.
What we shall do next?
