EEA family permit

Hello,
My husband is a Dutch citizen and also my daughter got her Dutch passport last year February now I want to apply to the UK embassy because my husband living and working in the UK,,, could you please help with the list of documents I'm to submit,I have checked Ukvisa website for the documents,I just need additional information from past experience I wouldn't want to leave any stone unturned.
