EEA and refugee's future marriage

Good morning 
I'm a EEA citizen while my partner is a refugee with leave to remain.
We've been living together here in the UK for a while and now have a child.
Is it possible for us to get married before submitting any application for indefinite leave to remain or should we rather wait?
