i am asking this question on behalf of my friend.

He won appeal in court for Right to Retain for EEA family member. (Marriage)

he wants to know that how long HOME OFFICE take to issue visa.

He got decision from Court on 20-April-2018.

thanks for your reply.

my friend divorced to his wife and than apply for RTR visa but HO refused his visa due to lack of his wife work documents. and than he went court and finally he won the appeal for RTR Visa.
