I'm hoping moderators will help me with this one. I am a full time NHS permanent employee and i will soon be applying for the ROR. I'm currently awaiting for the Decree Nisi to be issued so there's still a while to go. My question for now is about work. Do i have to stop working (as i have noted the mention of CoA's with right to work) or what is required of me? I'm required to prove i am self sufficient moving forward post ceasing to be a family member of an EEA national. I find this a bit confusing. I currently hold a valid 5 year residency card. Your help and clarifications are greatly appreciated.

For ROR , you need to get divorce first which means decree absolute,
You need to make sure that you been married for at least three years before divorce proceedings began and you and your spouse lived in uk for one year during marriage , your spouse needs to be qualified person during divorce proceedings and you need to be working from the date of divorce (decree absolute) .
You should not leave the job and should carry on with it as you need to be working to retain the right of residence.

Thank you for your response. I spoke to a solicitor who told me to request two weeks off until i get the CoA with rights to work. That got me confused.
