Hi Everyone,

I was denied my PR in January, I'm going to court in August to appeal HO decision. Would like to know if anyone appealed and if they were successful? How long it takes to get a decision after attend Immigration court hearing?

Hello did you already filed appeal or you painning to appeal. What was the reason of refusal.

Yes I already filed the appeal and my hearing is in August. The reason for refusal was lack of documents. I'm married 20 years to Italian citizen, my 2 boys are British and I lived in UK for 20 years.

My appeal hearing is on 2nd week of June 2018.
