What will be the value of my 5 year permit after march 2019.
As my permit is valid until March 2020..
I am looking forward to settle status.... Plz update me,, and how can I be the first one

You will have to apply for the new status and comply with the requirements. As you are already in the UK under EU rules you are entitled to register.
The Home Secretary promises a "White Paper" setting out the new system, before the parliamentary summer break. The settled status system is not yet available, let alone the rules and regulations around it. As reported in the news there's supposed to be early access to the system late this year - keep watching the news.

Was firstly granted leave to remain in 2014, married with my EU wife 2015. Later granted resident card of family member of EU national. Wat are my chances for settled status next year

I cannot comment on things that are not yet enacted in UK law.
