Hi, Quick post here.

My bag was recently stolen with my passport inside (EEA FAMILY VIGNETTE.)

Can someone tell me which form I need to submit to The Home Office for a replacement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the bad news is that you would need to reapply for a new one.I dont think they issue replacements

Does anyone here have a definitive answer?

My EEA family permit was stolen IN the UK - is a passport vignette. I have been reading a lot and it seems as though I can get a replacement and or transfer to BRP as a result of it being stolen here and reported to the police. I have been trying to find more information here but I havent come up with very much.

Any more advice or information would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!

The advise is correct, and EEA family permit is issued free of charge and cannot be replaced. It is best to get a new passport and apply for another EEA family permit. It is usually issued free of charge and on the basis of an accelerated procedure.
