Good evening,

I am portuguese citizen (EU and EEA member) living in the UK for almost 5 years. I have mainly study, but at the moment I am working. I will start my full-time 3 years university degree in September 2018. I am planning to get married with a Non-EU and Non-EEA citizen (from Angola). I want her to come and live with me in UK whilst am studying. I want to know how the UK and EU laws will apply to our situation after marriage and me being a student?

Thank you

You will need to apply for an EEA family permit for your partner after your marriage.

Thank you for the reply Obie.

I am aware that I will have to apply for EEA Permit, the question is, as a student and as a worker, what are the requirements? And laws are upon me both from UK and EU?

Thank you

If you are a student you shall provide a comprehensive medical cover, extending to cover your spouse. This is apparently a common reason for refusal. Make sure to provide enough evidence of your relationship and how you keep in touch remotely, as well as all the other documents from the official list.
