Hey guys i want some advice about eligibility of getting mortgage
Am spouse of dutch i have 5years visa (family member of an eu)i got it in 2015 april ,we are in process of buying a house ,and i want to check if am eligible to get mortgage and aligible for 15% deposit ?
Everything its fine i make 21k a year .my wife makes 18.5 k a year
We have 30k for deposit

This isn't an immigration issue. You're not prohibited from applying for a mortgage, but whether you'll be granted one is down to the mortgage provider. Ask them
