Residence Permit granted - how do you get your passport/docs back?

Hi all,
I have an urgent query.
We applied for a residence permit through the EEA EFM route adn after 3 months we got the application granted and have received the bio metric card in the post last week.
However, we have not received our passport or other documents back yet and as we have non case worker and no online contact we don't know how to ask for these documents back or any idea when we might get them.
We urgently need them as my partner (who did not have a COA with right to work) had to stop working while the application was processing and now it has been approved he can go back to work, but they need his passport back first.
Any help/advice?
