Thanks Vinny.

A judge recently mentioned this case in an appeal decision. I was lost as i could not find it anywhere. I had relied on NA and Singh on this point, and in his determination he mentioned this case.

I was saying, what is going on here, is this Judge okay, what case is this.

It is a disgrace that the UT took so long to resolve this nonsense and so called judge kept having regards to Regulation 10(5) (a).

Does it mean Id requirements(21,5) from ex partner who meets regulation 10 will no longer stand if this case is quoted to take precedence?

Thank you vinny for sharing ,although slightly complicated very useful information.
My knowledge is slightly weak in terms of law I have a question if I may ?
Whilst an individual is appealing a decision is it permissible to quote or refer to other successful cases like the above ?
