Permanent Resident card gets through British Citizen Sister

Hi All,
Hope so I post to the correct place. I've been living here in the UK for more than 2 years, came from Hungary. I'm self-employed here, running my business. My sister has British citizenship. I plan to move back to Hungary in 6-12months, but I'm not sure at the moment I would like to come back to the UK or not(I would like to move back to Hungary due to relationship) in the future. I'm afraid if I shall leave the UK in 2019 and get back in 1 year for example (if something should goes wrong in relationship and would like to come back to the UK), I shall have difficulties, because I broke the 5 year route to settled status. (If I don't leave the country, I will get the settled status in summer 2021). I don't would like to leave the country without any kind of certain document.
The question is:
Can I get any kind of settled status or permanent resident card, or even British citizenship through my sister, as an extended family member?
