I received my COA and it was signed by someone from PM Exceptions. Should I be worried about this ?

Nothing to worry. That is the unit who handles the pre decision process. e.g payments, biometric etc.

Hey no worry’s about this I’m apply ROR and I got same letter PM expection and I got my visa so don’t worry about this
