Payment charged 2 times

Hello guys,
I applied to eea-efm unmarried partnership visa on 16/05/18.
My payment taken by home office on 31/05/18.
Today I found that home office took £65 again on 19/06/18.
I asked to my solicitor and she said she will get in touch to home office.
However I have trust issue with my solicitor so I just can’t trust what she said......
She already made so many mistakes and never said to me truth....
So I guess she just reapplied my application form without any mention to me.
Is it sometimes happend visa fee charged 2 times by the home office system problem?
Or my solicitor actually lie to me?
