Hey friend plz any one help me I got my ROR April 2018 and know is time to my Pr.so my question is what documents I send to my ex wife for my Pr applaction ?

You have to add up your treaty right from the date of decree absolute and you should be fine ..
How come you applying that quik ?

Hey soyalife thx to your replay I’m married Oct 2012 and divorce in December 2017 so I al ready 5 years.i mean question is last time ROR applaction I’m only send my Ex original idd and her wage slips start divorce to till end only 6 wage slips and 1 p60 2017.but I’m confused about my ex documents I ask lot of Solicitors thay said send all your ex 5 year s p60 that is mean confusion. I send all p60 5 year ?

If home office has given you a resident card on ROR basis then you need only to show you are working . and yes HO still need to see your ex treaty right up till decree absolute date . p60 should cover tax year means treaty right for one year for each p60 . so you need p60 for years ending 2013.14.15.16.17 and payslips from april 2017till december 2017 if that is the decree absolute month .
