You mean a visa to re-enter the UK or a visa to enter Lithuania?

If you have a residence card you can leave and enter the UK at any time, with or without your partner. Take the UK/EEA immigration queue when you re-enter the UK.

For Lithuania, in theory, you do not need a visa if you are travelling with your wife. I am not sure how that works in practice. I am the non-EEA partner of an EU citizen and my passport always gets stamped when I enter her country! It does not really affect me, so I never questioned the border officers...

Perhaps take a print out of the regulations and a copy of your marriage certificate to be on the safe side?
