Hi

I have query. If husband has french nationality and wife got EEA Permit card in september 2016( she entered in UK on Feb 2016).

1:- Then after 5 years can she apply ILR ?
2:- How many days she can leave outside UK in 5 years ?
3:- Which visa will she apply for ILR ?

I will be very grateful if someone can help me on these questions please. Thanks a lot

I am answering on the assumption that there will be a Brexit agreement that does not simply demote the UK to EEA membership:

Yes. Without Brexit, she would normally automatically achieve the more privileged status of permanent resident under the EEA Regulations.

She must not be outside the Uk for more than 6 months in any 12 month period.

"Settled status" under the EU Settlement Scheme.
