If your ex-wife is Lithuanian, you qualify for PR, not ILR. Moving the thread to the EEA-Route Applications forum for further advice.

Hello guys,
My PR was refused and the reason was that I didn’t show that my ex was exercising trity right.
Anyway the HO gave me 14 days for appeal, i have done it yesturday but I been told that it can take up to 18 months,
Can u guys share ur experiences please to have an idea, or the admins of this group if they have an idea how long it takes to infor me please and if there is a way to speed up.
Thank you
Mizou

Has your spouse got PR already?
What documents did you provide to prove your spouse’s treaty rights for continuous 5 years?
