first time apply for EEA ( need help)

HI everyone. I'm with my wife and 2 children want to go UK.At the moment I work in Canada but my work permit expired in august this year and after we want travel in UK. I'm European and my 2 kids but my wife Russian citizenship. What our option ? What documents are needed . I personally have been alone only couple of times in UK.

And nobody no idea ?
Must apply for the family permit in residence country. i mean if you my wife Russian citizen we can apply in Germany or Belgium Uk consular ?

Hi Kapchon,
Your wife can apply anywhere, as long as she can stay in a country long enough to get the permit.
