Dear respected Members, I need some help regrding long wait after appeal allowed. I married in 2014 November then applied for EEA application. After got refused in may 2015 with right to appeal. And I won the appeal in October 2016, Since then waiting. HO didn't implement the decision. MP Send couple of letter to HO and they telling sorry for dealy they will make decision as soon as they can. On last letter from HO they inform my case is COMPLEX need additional check?? Also my lawyer done PAP 2 times. ON Last PAP HO reply they will make final decision in 3 months time. My case is Complex need additional check.
Is any body got same situation? To let you know We got 1 child ( 2 years old) also I won the TOEC case in same day with EEA hearing . Thanks

If your lawyer allowed Home Office to take 2 years to implement your decision without taking action, then I think your lawyer is the problem and not Home office. They are not taking him seriously as he made 2 threat but did not follow up on it.

He needs to go ahead with the JR.
