Entering UK without EEA Family Permit

I am planning on going to live with my husband in the UK, he is a EU national working in the UK. Would it be possible to enter the UK with a Code 1A and what documents should we take apart from our marriage certificate. This is the easier route rather than waiting for the FP to be issued. Is this route still possible? Any advice would be appreciated.

I’ve heard that there can sometimes be problems with it and between the Brexit talks, I’m not sure if the route is still a possibility.

Entry under 11(4)(b) is possible.

Show marriage certificate.
If husband has resided in UK for longer than 3 months, then show husband is a qualified person or has acquired PR.
