Hi
Dear Vinny & Obie, I'm new to this forum need help regarding my case, I applied for ROR and got a certificate of application with the right to work. Last week they refused my case just because of my Ex Id was not provided. They gave me appeal right or can do new application if I can provide them with my Ex Id. I did appeal against their decision but my question is that can i still work as today my employer send me an email that my ECS cam negative. Kindly give me advise what to do.
Regards

You have a right to work, did you seek a new COA after the last one expired. Perhaps you should do that.

I believe a right to work exist whiles appeal is pending, subject of course to you applying for a replacement.

You need to get your solicitor to write to the Home Office to issue you a new COA.

You need to protest to your employer that the Home Office is wrong, and you employer can write a Pre_Action protocol to them threatening Judicial Review.
