My spouse visa eea family was refused by home office 4 months ago.I appealed against home office decision and same time i reapplied providing missing documents.
now i got uk visa and i am in uk.
i want to know if my appeal is automaticly withdrawn or i have to notify tribunal.
i will be thankful to you if explain me how to notify them or if there is any form to fill.

You can either write a letter to Tribunals to withdraw the appeal or do anything as Tribunals will write to home office and home office right back that have issued you with alternative decision on new application made.
