Hi guys,

My husband has a EEA family permit but we plan to relocate to Brazil at the end of the year. Can he keep it if he returns to UK every 2 years?

I'm assuming your husband doesn't yet hold PR? Once you as the EEA national sponsor are no longer residing in the UK and exercising your Treaty rights, your husband's right to reside as an EEA family member will cease.
