Hi guys, just a quick question please,
Can I get refuse from the home office because I forgot to attach my tenancy agreement with the application I made recently based on my marriage with EU citizen? The Agreement has only my wife name on it.

You don't always to have both names on the utility bills either, so long as you have proof of your name on same address so as your sponsor is fine. Council tax is best to use if you looking for utility bill with both names on it.
