Hi to everyone in this forum, without wasting much time I would like to go straight to the point.
I had my EEA family permit refused on only one ground which the ECO stated that,"the ECO says,I was originally born on 12 March 1999 but my birth certificate was Registered on November 2016 there he is not satisfied that I am a Gemuine and a true family member of the EEA national"
I believed I should be called to conduct a DNA test rather than refusing straight forward any reason why?

they've doubted your birth cert, I don't know if DNA can really tell when you were born sorry

best of luck

Obviously my birthday certificate has been doubted but the ECO again states that,"He is not satisfied that I am a genuine and a true direct descent of the EEA National which is my father due to the length of my birth and the registerstion of my birth certificate"
Is he looking for a way for me to convince him that the EEA national is my father ? If so I'll have to conduct a DNA test with my father and add it in my next application? Would that be a enough evidence to prove?

Before you used and sent the birth certificate you should have sent it over to Apostille for them to run some checks for you and stamp it, if there is any discrepancy found could have advised you accordingly to sort it first before using it. They do services of translating as well. If I were you would have sent it over to them first.

My birth certificate is genuine and Has a stamp Of the government on it!
The problem is the ECO clearly stated that,I was born in 1999 but my birth certificate was registered in 2016 which is approximately 17 years because I registered my birth certificate therefore he is not satisfied I have a genuine relationship with the EEA sponsor!
So if we conduct the DNA test with my father and I attached it is that one going to convince the ECO that I have a genuine relationship with the EEA and that he is my father?
Because it seems he is doubting whether the EEA sponsor is my father due to the length of my birth registration?
