I am divorced after 4 years of marriage with EEA national.
Now, I am going to apply for Retain Right of Residence.
1. what is the processing time?
2. Can I apply for British Nationality after this? or what is next procedure?

After applying for retain right by law it's around 6 months but within 2 to 6 months. If you are successful you will be issued with another 5yrs. I will advice you wait and and apply for permanent resident. You can't apply for naturalization yet, you ain't qualify yet.
