Hello Dear experts and forum readers I have question to ask,my friend wants to come and visit me from Latvia with her husband but he is not EU national.
They live and married in Latvia but now she think to come here to visit me and if she like UK maybe they will relocate here.First of all I need to send any guest visit for her husband as she can travel free.What about her husband can he travel with her with marriage certificate or he has to apply for Guest Visa?

He need to apply visa it’s called EEa family permit

Assuming your friend is a Latvian citizen, he can cross the border of any EEA country he can reach. It is difficult to know whether an airline will carry him to the UK - Stupid differ and seem not to be consistent.
