Hi friend I got question about Pr applaction I’m nun eu .Oct 2012 I married my eu national wife and apply visa December 2012 and after home office interview I got visa in July 2013 then after 5 year and 4 month I got divorce and apply ROR and get in April 2018.know I apply Pr my ex wife give me 5 consecutive P60.but she don’t have record to first job 10 months and not in Hmrc record cuz the boss of this job not show her on books.knw I’m buit confused about cuz section 9 relevant EEA national give all employment history so what can I do give this first employ detail or not on this section 9 plz any one knw replay me thx u

Get the bank statements that cover that particular period of time and state it on the letter. Only if was paid through the bank and not cash in hand.

When did you divorce I mean exact divorce date... From which date you have got consecutive work history of your ex spouse...

Thx to replay.im married Oct 2012 and divorce December 2017.and get ROR in April 2018. i got my ex work history 2014 2015 2016 2017 and 2018 P60s no job gap.but I don’t have record for her in 2013 first visa time.but I get my immigration history show home office give call to ex job in 2013 and speak to boss and he conform this time she is working.but my question is can I write section 9 Pr applaction form this 2013 my ex work or no plz help me about this thx u
