Hi All

I submitted an Incomplete Application form for an EEA residence card and received a letter back advising I need to resubmit. They will take a £25 fee and refund the rest. This letter was date 8th of March but I have still not received a refund.

No telephone number or email have been provided and all research is trying to get the correct contact details come to a dead end.

Has anyone had to contact the Home Office before for a refund if you have what contact details have you been using?

They normally don't do refunds

Never heard of HO giving refunds - but you can contact them by phone on:

Enquiries from European citizens
Telephone: 0300 123 2253
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:45pm
Friday, 9am to 4:30pm

If you contact them by post, send the letter to the same address you sent the application to.
