My name is Cler, ages 25 and hold a Portuguese Nationality. My husband is Julius, aged 30, is from Goa, India. We have been in love for for 3 years and have been married since April 2018. He was working in UAE for the last 2 years. We now decided to go to UK. Can someone please tell me how do I apply for the EEA Family Permit?
I did log on to the https://www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa but was unable to figure out what type of visa should I apply.

We want to travel together to UK for work. I have never been to UK before.
Can someone please guide me on this.
I need to get this done asap before the Brexit situation worsens.

Hi Clera. If your husband is outside the UK he should apply for EEA Family Permit using Visa4UK Service.

He should fill up all the details in his application and submit the relevant documents (such as marriage certificate w/ certified translation and passports) at the Visa Application Centre where he is applying. You can find more information in the following website:

Yes, it is quite long. Do you speak Portuguese? I used a video to guide me through the form, but it’s not in English. I don’t now if there are any materials in English.

2. When is the intended date of travel.

I want to travel in Nov, 2018.
is it too early to state this date as i will be able to submit the application only in the next month to the visa application centre
