I need an advise regarding the visa . I hold pakistani passport and my girld is from poland we both are living together from last 1 year and she gave birth to a baby who is now 2 month . I want ti apply on her basis . Will EEA extended family member visa application is good choice

Polish passport of the baby

Utility bill
Her bank statement

Tenency aggrement on both name
Moreover i was on student visa and i put application for flr fp waiting from last 3 month.

EEA EFM is right route, not FLR FP.
Tell me more, If she is working, what proof you have coming to utilities.

Your route is EEA EFM and this is the cheap and less stressful route.

She was working and i will attached her last 4 month payslips and bank statment now she is not working as she gave birth to a baby and she is give getting maternity pay and her parents are also supporting us
We have utility bills od electricity and gas on both of us name and also the tenency contract
