Hello everybody, I have an issue my COA did not arrive within timeframe 21 days after biometrics.

My timeline is 13th August application posted

14th August application received
14th August payment taken
16 August Email of acknowledgement received
20th August Biometric received and done and after that COA not received it was really quick at the beginning and so slowly now...

Is it because my spouse Self-employed or something, What should I do?

No I don't think so because am still waiting for my as well although my still a bit early.

Does somebody know who I should email to regarding COA? what email? Please share this information.

I think you should wait till Friday before anything.

Payment taken: 19/08/2018
Supporting documentation sent (EPRS): 20/08/2018
Confirmation email: 20/08/2018
Biometric letter received: 28/08/2018 dated: 23/08/2018
Biometric details submitted: 28/08/2018
COA received: Pending...

I would love if someone can provide us with an email address of a phone number to contact UKVI about this issue.

We've got a very similar timeline.. fingers crossed!

I saw the Timeline thread and people who did not recieve COA received their cards very quickly... As, I am really tired to feel myself not capable of doing anything without these documents.. Anyone please SHare the email or phone number where we can call and ask for COA

I found this number 03001232253 and when you call use Option 2.

Can you possibly share the post where you noticed people who got there COA delayed receive the PR quicker?

Email to them at this address and if it still doesn’t arrive then make a complaint about not receiving the COA.

Hello guys is any update yet about COA certificate because am still waiting for my.

I received my documents yesterday with the decision letter stating my PR is on it way.

Note: I didn't receive any COA.

Wahoo congratulation to you but on my own side I haven't hear anything yet.

Every application is different from another one. However, I think you will hear from the home office very soon.

Hello, I have not got mine, So I Think I will not get it because it is more already than 23 days. I hope and pray that I will get a decision soon. Because, As I noticed who did not receive COA, got RC fast.. Mb It is just my hope and wish says. LOL.

But it is strange, it makes me scared now maybe something wrong with my application.

To whom who can help with my question. Please, somebody knows what it means that I have not received COA yet? Can it be linked that I was on Tier 4 visa and I just applied for EEA2? After biometrics today is 31 day. I emailed them, they have 21 days to answer but only 5 days passed..

What it means if they do not send COA? I called to their helpline but it seems people there do not understand what they are saying.. They told me it can be something wrong with your application thats why they can not send you COA? But in this situation, they would send me short COA I guess... I Applied 14th of August.

answers were different , seems no one has the right answer unfortunately

For those who are interested and mb It can help someone, I emailed HO on 19th of September, I told them, that I did not receive my COA. Today, I got my COA dated 24th of September. But, They did not answer my email. Do they usually answer? Though, I wanted to see RC instead of COA already. Lol.

i submitted my boiometric on 01/09/2018 , I received COA 2 days after i emailed home office on 25/09/2018
i think because i applied after i had ROR so they dont bother issuing COA because our second RC still valid ...
did you submit your EX ID ?

Hey thx to replay my friend my friend I send my ex original idd her 1 pic and sing and witch email u use to ask COA for home office?. i thk u r right cuz I have ROR already that why thay not send COA letter
