EEA Family Permit in process and dismissal at work

Hello, 31 of august 2018 my wife was applied for EEA FP. She was submitted all supporting documents and my Contract, 25 payslips and letter from employer to VISA application Center, COA was 03/09/2018. Today i've got dismissal from my job. That's mean the VISA in process now. I am work and live in UK for last 6 years and i dont have any gaps in my NIN for six years. The question is what i need to do now, do i need call to HO or VISA inquiry office and report them about this?
